Homeless and gathering supplies to make a "will work for food" sign.
I was slightly hungover and over-analyzing everything one morning, blathering into my friends ear about everything, and I happened to see a homeless man holding a “will work for food” sign. This is quite a normal thing if you live the right parts of town, but it was out of place at a Giant Eagle parking lot. I began to wonder how homeless people find and gather the materials to make their own signs. I would imagine finding a piece of cardboard would be easy, but the marker would be the difficult part. I sure as hell wouldn’t shell out a dollar for a Sharpie marker if I was homeless. I guess you could say that I need a job.
